NAVIX and its partner NBFCs are committed to fair, transparent and ethical conduct, aligned with RBI's Fair Practices guidelines and Digital Lending Guidelines (2022).
1. Transparency
- All terms, interest, APR and charges are disclosed upfront in the Key Fact Statement.
- No advance or hidden fees — ever.
- Communication is in clear, simple language.
2. No coercion
We do not use coercive, abusive or unfair recovery practices. Collections are conducted respectfully and within the bounds of the law.
3. Responsible lending
- Affordability is assessed before any loan is offered.
- We encourage borrowing only what you need and can comfortably repay.
4. Privacy & consent
Data is collected with consent, used only for stated purposes, and protected with strong security. You can withdraw consent subject to legal requirements.
5. Grievance redressal
We provide a clear, time-bound grievance redressal channel. See our Grievance Redressal page.
