In short: We collect only what's needed to process your loan, protect it with strong security, never sell it, and share it only with the partner NBFC and as required by law.

1. Who we are

NAVIX Technologies Private Limited ("NAVIX", "we", "us") operates a digital lending platform that connects borrowers with RBI-registered NBFC lending partners. We are a platform, not a lender.

2. Information we collect

Identity & KYC data: name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (via authorised e-KYC).
Contact data: mobile number, email, address.
Financial data: income details, bank account information for verification and disbursal.
Device & usage data: collected to keep the platform secure and improve the experience.

3. How we use your information

To assess eligibility and facilitate your loan with the partner NBFC.
To verify identity, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
To provide support and communicate about your application and account.

4. Sharing

We share your information with the relevant RBI-registered NBFC lending partner to process your loan, and with service providers bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security

We use 256-bit encryption in transit, access controls and ISO-27001-aligned practices. While no system is perfectly secure, we work hard to protect your data.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. Contact privacy@navix.finance.

7. Data retention & consent

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by RBI and applicable law. By using NAVIX you consent to this policy.
